Coblation® is an advanced technology that combines high frequency energy with a natural salt solution to quickly remove soft tissue in a way that is minimally invasive.

The proven, patented Coblation process has been used in more than 6 million procedures by surgeons in ear, nose, and throat (ENT) and other areas of medical specialty. This surgery is almost always done under general anesthesia and it only lasts about 30 minutes. The surgeon uses a special handpiece which utilizes radiofrequency energy to remove the tonsils and adenoid in a near bloodless fashion. Most patients can go home the same day.
